The hotel is primarily noted for its friendly and accommodating staff, who consistently receive praise for their helpfulness and understanding, particularly during challenging times for guests. This commitment to service, coupled with a pet-friendly policy, makes the establishment a suitable choice for travelers with pets and those seeking a compassionate and supportive environment during their stay. While the hotel offers an okay value for budget-conscious travelers, guests should be aware that the property is described as older and in need of significant updates and maintenance.
