Review summary
Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to business travelers and sightseers, offering a tranquil historic hideaway. Its primary advantage is its location just minutes from Keflavik Airport, nestled along a picturesque fishing bay. The hotel's restaurant is a highlight, consistently receiving high praise for its delicious and varied menu, especially the seafood and lamb dishes. Guests consistently praise the helpful and friendly demeanor of the staff, and the buffet breakfast is available from 4:00 AM. For a quieter stay, choose a room facing the garden, as some rooms can experience noise disturbances due to thin walls.
