Positive Reviews

Cosy, well equipped rooms...

Many guests like the amenities in the apartment-style suites, commenting that the furnishings are simple and modern, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchens, though cosy, have everything needed for cooking. The free Wi-Fi is decently speedy, and guests also like the security of key card access to the doors and elevator, though the neighbourhood is generally considered safe.

Helpful, friendly staff...

Travellers have given the front desk personnel excellent reviews for their friendly, helpful service, noting they are pleased to help book tours, recommend restaurants, and provide directions. The complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby is a much appreciated bit of hospitality, too.

A quiet base for exploring Paris...

Many guests enjoy the hotel's quiet, residential neighbourhood, noting that it also works well for sightseeing: healthy folks can walk to the centre in about 40 minutes. There are also two metro stations, Nationale and Campo Formio, close by, offering connections to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, or almost any of the top tourist destinations, as well as an RER station and CDG. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance, too.

Negative Reviews

A hot night in Paris...

Guests staying in summer have been dismayed to find there is no air conditioning, while others have reported there is no mechanical ventilation, noting it is necessary to open the windows during or after cooking.

Keep it clean...

Tidy travellers have been unimpressed by the overall level of housekeeping, reporting concerns such as dust and wear in the furnishings. A weekly deep cleaning is included in the room rate but daily services cost extra.

Close the door gently...

Light sleepers have been annoyed by slamming doors, heavy footsteps, and poor sound insulation between rooms.
