Pool area of Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Hotel has been liked by several past guests. This hotel offers three outdoor pools which can accommodate large number at any given time which means enough space and privacy for everyone. Moreover, there is a decent amount of sun loungers for guests to relax.

Past guests have mentioned their delight over witnessing the picturesque beauty of Abu Dhabi right from their room’s window and the observation deck. The floor to ceiling windows offer city and beach views, which are truly not to be missed.

To take care of all your needs, the hotel has an outstanding team that is always there to serve you. The cooperative staff goes out of the way to assist guests and puts hospitality as their top priority. This is why the hotel has large number of repeated visitors.

As reported by past guests, some of the rooms at this property are cramped. There is not enough storage space and guests have found it difficult to move around the room especially with kids. Although, the bathroom has reportedly been nice and large for a comfortable shower.

Due to poor soundproofing, some of the guests have suffered discomfort during their sleep at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Hotel. As reported, constant noise coming through the corridors was annoying. Moreover, the thin walls made guests overhear people next door.

Though the on-site restaurants serve delicious food with ample options to treat the taste buds of visitors, but in some instances guests had to experience a delay first to be seated and then in getting their food to the table.
