Drury Motor Lodge

This hotel is often chosen for its convenient location, particularly its direct proximity to a popular pub and restaurant across the road, which many guests highlight as a significant convenience for meals and entertainment. This makes it a practical choice for stopovers, workers, and those attending local events or family gatherings. While many guests appreciate the comfortable beds and spacious rooms, the property is frequently described as dated and in need of significant renovation, with some areas showing signs of wear. The staff consistently receive praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to the guest experience despite the property's age. For families needing ample space, the hotel offers a suitable option. Guests should be aware of potential noise from the main road and consider requesting an upstairs room to minimize disturbances from other guests, as soundproofing can be an issue.
