Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel offers a unique and authentic experience within a historic building, with some guests noting its age of over 150 years and even a past as a renovated church. It is particularly valued for its affordability, providing good value for money in a central location. The hotel is well-suited for budget travelers and sightseers eager to explore the city's historical core, including the nearby Agora ruins and bustling bazaar. Many guests consistently praise the friendly staff for their helpfulness and the satisfying breakfast for its quality and variety, making these stand-out positive features. However, recurring feedback highlights significant concerns regarding cleanliness and the overall condition of the rooms, which are often described as old and in need of renovation. To ensure a more comfortable stay, guests are advised to inspect their room upon arrival and be aware of the surrounding neighborhood, especially when returning late at night.
