Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This hotel is a popular choice, particularly noted for its prime location directly opposite Kings Park and its exceptional proximity to several major hospitals, making it an ideal base for hospital visitors and leisure travelers exploring the city's green spaces. Guests consistently highlight the hotel's remarkable cleanliness and the friendly, helpful staff who contribute significantly to a positive stay. While many appreciate the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, some note the decor can be dated, offering a retro feel. The hotel is also well-suited for families due to its convenient amenities and location. For those attending events at Kings Park or needing easy access to medical facilities, this hotel offers a practical solution. To ensure a comfortable stay, guests with mobility concerns should inquire about ground floor rooms, and those driving should be aware that on-site parking can be limited during peak times, with street parking often available as an alternative.
