The hotel is a strategic place for shopping according to guests, as it is set in the Campbell Complex which is a mall itself. Restaurants and train stations such as LRT and Monorail can be found just nearby. Furthermore, Sogo Shopping Mall and the night market are only walking distance away.
Guests who were on a budget preferred this hotel because it was inexpensive. Since accommodations can eat into any travel budget, this hotel is best chosen by many since it is not only cheap but also has great location ideal for travelling around.
The size of the bedroom and toilet is perfect for those who don't like cramped spaces. Guests are delightfully surprised that there are enough space to move around and store luggage.
Most guests were extremely disappointed with the unclean rooms. The hotel itself smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed felt uncomfortable because the bed sheet and pillows were dirty. Also, there were little cockroaches in the toilet and the dirt was very obvious.
The ironing room on-site was located at the 17th floor so guests had to go there just to iron their clothes which was very inconvenient. Guests suggested that there should be an iron inside the rooms or at least one for each level.
Since this hotel is located inside Campbell complex which is a shopping centre, guests find its layout strange. The lobby and cafe are in front of the department store but the lift and restaurant area for breakfast are at the back, so guests have to walk through all the shops before getting from one place to the other.
