    Guests said that rooms and common areas are starting to look tired and are in need of some updating. Wallpaper and carpet in hallways was due for a replacement, and guests said that everything from fixtures to furniture could have benefited from an overhaul.

    This hotel unfortunately didn't pass the white glove test, with dirt and dust a typical occurrence. Bathrooms were also an unwelcome sight, and mould caused a number of guests to ask for a different room.
