Review summary

Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews

This hotel is celebrated for its compact, efficient "pod" design, offering a unique and practical stay in the heart of Manhattan. It is particularly well-suited for solo travelers, budget travelers, sightseers, and business travelers seeking an affordable yet well-located base. Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, its unwavering commitment to cleanliness, and the generally friendly and professional staff. While rooms are intentionally small, they are thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality. To enhance your stay, consider requesting a room with a private bathroom if privacy is a priority, and for light sleepers, bringing earplugs is advisable due to potential noise. Exploring the various shared bathroom options on your floor can also lead to a more comfortable experience.
