Review summary

Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews

This hotel's signature feature is its prime location in downtown Hyannis, offering easy access to the harbor and ferry services, making it an ideal choice for ferry travelers and sightseers looking to explore the area. While some guests appreciate the comfortable beds and recent room updates, many note that the property feels run down and does not always meet expectations set by online images. For budget-conscious travelers, the location is a significant draw, but it's crucial to manage expectations regarding the overall condition and be aware of potential additional fees. To ensure a smoother experience, guests should confirm all charges upfront and understand that check-in occurs at a separate location.
