Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
A traditional, well-connected base for regional explorers.
This hotel serves as a practical hub for sightseers seeking a traditional atmosphere and authentic local charm. The property sits in the heart of Neustadt and is rounded out by secure parking for those arriving by car. The dedicated team remains a standout highlight, with many guests recommending the complimentary transit pass to maximize regional travel. While the property offers a straightforward experience, the spacious guest rooms provide a comfortable, if dated, retreat for travelers prioritizing location and service over modern, extensive on-site amenities.
Some guests mentioned: train noise, dated interiors, inconsistent Wi-Fi.
