Review summary

Summarized by AI from 1.000+ reviews

A well-connected city base for busy travelers.

This hotel serves as a convenient hub for sightseers and business travelers seeking a central home base. The property sits alongside Paddington Station for effortless transit, while its spacious layouts provide a comfortable retreat from the city bustle. Guests often praise the breakfast buffet for its extensive variety, and those looking for extra quiet may want to request an upgrade to the Executive Lounge access. While the location is ideal, the property’s age and inconsistent service levels mean the experience can vary significantly from stay to stay.

Some guests mentioned: noisy air conditioning, dated decor, inconsistent service.
