Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1.000+ reviews
This historic hotel, with its elegant ambiance, is a versatile urban hub catering to sightseers, families, and business travelers alike. Its excellent location in the heart of Chicago provides easy walking access to major attractions like the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Millennium Park. The hotel boasts a comprehensive fitness center with Peloton bikes and a running track, alongside a large swimming pool, whirlpool, and hot tubs for relaxation. Guests consistently praise the friendly and professional staff and the diverse, high-quality breakfast buffet and on-site Irish pub, Kitty O'Shea's. For a more comfortable and potentially quieter experience, guests might consider requesting a room that does not face directly onto the street due to occasional external noise.
