Shopping and dining close by
If you are on vacation without your own vehicle, then you don't need to be concerned at all. There is an array of excellent shops within a short walk at the huge shopping centre across the lane. If its fine dining you looking for, then you won't need to look very far as there are many excellent eateries in walking distance.

Cozy roof top views
The little roof top may be small, but it offers magnificent views of the giant size city of Singapore. Visitors like to catch a glimpse of the city's lights after the sun has set, and its a great place to meet new friends to.

Reliable public transport
The Somerset and Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations are both within an easy walk from the hotel, and from there you can get to just about anywhere you wish to go in Singapore. Guests found the transport system here incredibly reliable, so you certainly won't be late getting to your appointments.

Staff need some training
There have been several complaints from guests about the lack of hospitality from the staff in general, but especially from the front desk, saying that they were not greeted in an appropriate manner, and felt like they were actually a nuisance to be booking in.

Reports of the menu repeating itself day after day have emerged from visitors, and guests said there were not that many choices to start with anyway. They got bored with the breakfast, and preferred to try somewhere new.

Guests complained that they didn't have anywhere to put their suitcases once they were unpacked. The rooms were tiny, and not very well-designed either.
