The hotel's buffet breakfast is well prepared and in good supply. The excellent menu selections ensure that what is on offer is varied enough to accommodate diverse palates.

Members of staff are very helpful and seem to take pride in their work. Their joyful presence is very welcoming and makes your stay at the hotel a pleasurable one. Always quick to assist, they will not hesitate to offer you suggestions about areas that they think might be of interest to you.

The hotel is perfectly positioned on a business district where there's plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby that cater to a wide variety of tastes. Those interested in shopping will be pleased to note that there are quite a number malls very close by. Petronas Twin Towers and other sites of attractions are not too far away.

The hotel's rooms do not have a very strong Wi-Fi signal. You might have to go to the public areas of the building if you need to access the internet at a moderately better speed and a much stronger signal.

A few guests complained about the state they found their rooms in when they first checked in. Some beds were shoddily made and the sheets and pillowcases had stains while the bathrooms were barely cleaned and with leaky and rusty faucets. The corridors also needed some extra cleaning. Some rooms had a musty smell.

The car park is rather small and narrow with limited parking spots. Parking a big vehicle can be stressful though staff members are willing to come out and assist you. Early morning traffic can put a bit of a obstacle on your stay if you're in a rush in the morning.
