Reviews
Review summary
Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews
This hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations, presenting a challenging environment for all travelers, particularly those seeking comfort and reliable services. The property's location is a considerable drawback, situated in a neighborhood described as unsafe with concerns about homeless individuals in the parking lot. Essential conveniences are notably absent, with frequent reports of unavailable ice machines and advertised in-room appliances like refrigerators and microwaves missing. Guests consistently report overwhelmingly negative interactions with staff, citing rudeness, unhelpfulness, and a lack of professionalism, especially from the front desk and reception teams. For a more comfortable stay, it is advisable to confirm the availability of specific in-room amenities and the completion of renovations prior to booking.
