Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1.000+ reviews
A lively beachfront escape perfect for active families.
This property serves as a vibrant destination for families seeking a sun-soaked getaway. The unbeatable location sits directly on Serena Beach, while the spacious swimming pool and water slides provide a refreshing focal point for all ages. The dedicated team consistently earns praise for their warm, professional service, and families should look for the baby food buffet to simplify mealtime logistics. While the spacious apartment-style rooms offer a practical layout, guests looking for a quieter experience may prefer requesting a room away from the main entertainment areas.
Some guests mentioned: dated room decor, drink costs, long elevator waits.
