Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
A central city base currently undergoing significant property renovations.
This hotel serves sightseers seeking a convenient home base while navigating an active construction environment. The property boasts a central location near major transit hubs, which is rounded out by complimentary on-site parking for those arriving by car. Guests often praise the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who frequently go above and beyond to assist despite the property's operational challenges. While the morning dining provides a functional start to the day, travelers should be prepared for a stay defined by ongoing modernization efforts rather than a finished, polished experience.
Some guests mentioned: renovation noise, utility disruptions, unstaffed reception.
